Our refund and cancellation policies for subscriptions and services.

At CBIOS (operated by Himanism), we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may request a refund.

1. Free Trial

CBIOS offers a free trial period. During the trial, you will not be charged. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel before the trial ends and will not be billed.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

If you are on an annual plan, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment. The refund will be prorated based on the number of days used. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for annual plans.

3. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise agreements may have custom refund terms as outlined in your service contract. Please refer to your agreement or contact our team for details.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

Include your account email, subscription plan, and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup or onboarding fees (if any)
  • Custom development or integration services
  • Domain name registrations
  • Partial months of service after cancellation

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until then.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
