By creating an account or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription & Billing
Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of Himanism and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you upload to the platform. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience unplanned downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate their use of the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Himanism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Himanism and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
